All of our new build projects follow the architect drawing and structural engineers report closely. As we start to construct your property you will see the drawings come to life. Some times you may wish to change small things like room layouts, this happens from time to time, be rest a sured that if we can make changes then we will always try our best to accommodate our clients.

As we finish off the project we will make sure, that all sign off by building control are obtained and that we leave the property in a clean and tidy manner, ready to hand you over the new keys so you can move into your new home.
